Co-operative Financial Services mortgage rates reduction

The Co-operative Financial Services (cfs.co.uk) has announced the reduction of its mortgage rates by up to 0.5 per cent.
Available from Wednesday 10 February 2010, the new mortgage rates range applies to customers of both Britannia (britannia.co.uk) and The Co-operative Bank (co-operativebank.co.uk).
Highlights of the new range include a ten-year fixed rate with a rate of 5.29% and an arrangement fee of £999.
The Co-operative Financial Services (CFS) is part of The Co-operative Group.
