Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited (IBRC, www.ibrc.ie) has announced that, in relation to former Irish Nationwide Building Society homeloan variable rate mortgage customers, the homeloan variable mortgage rate will be decreased by 0.25% as of 1st January 2012.
